JCI Continues to Weaken in the First Session

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) continued to weaken in the end of first session.
 
JCI, Tuesday (12/8/2015), afternoon was closed 32.13 points or 0.7 percent to 4,489 points. While LQ45 index fell 7.93 points to 773 points and JII fell 8.43 points to 587 points.
 
All sectors still stayed in the red zone. The lowest fall was recorded by plantation sector with 26.24 points followed by manufacturing, mining and consumer sectors.
 
Transaction volume this afternoon reached 2.5 billion shares worth Rp2.5 trillion. 50 stocks increase, 208 stocks decreased and 49 stocks unchanged.
 
The top gainers this afternoon were PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) rose Rp1,450 to Rp52,150, PT Siloam International Hospital Tbk (SILO) rose Rp325 to Rp9,850, and PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD) rose Rp300 to Rp6,850.
 
While the top losers were PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) fell Rp675 to Rp35.075, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) fell Rp400 to Rp17.625, and PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) fell Rp325 to Rp15,475.
