JCI Continues to Rise

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) continued to rise in the end of the first session today (12/17/2015).
JCI, Friday (12/17/2015) strengthened 53.27 points or 1.2 percent to 4,536 points. While LQ45 index strengthened 12.86 points to 785 points and JII strengthened 11.17 points to 594 points.
All sectors stayed in the green zone. Highest hike made by agriculture sector with 24.03 points and consumer sector with 21.57 points.
Transaction volume reached 1.7 billion shares worth Rp2.1 trillion. 199 stocks increased, 68 stocks decreased and 70 stocks unchanged.
The top gainers were PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) rose Rp1,200 to Rp52,100, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) rose Rp850 to Rp36,200, and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) rose Rp425 to Rp10,925.
While the top losers were PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) fell Rp250 to Rp96,375, PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) fell Rp100 to Rp15,700, and PT Tower Bersama Nusantara Tbk (TBIG) fell Rp75 to Rp5,925.
