JCI Maintains Strong Performance

Metrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in the closing session today (12/17/2015) maintained its strong performance.
 
JCI, Thursday (12/17/2015) strengthened 72.51 points or 1.6 percent to 4,555 points. While LQ45 strengthened 17.91 points to 790 points and JII strengthened 17.35 points to 600 points.
 
All sectors maintain their position in the green zone. Consumer sector recorded the highest increase with 37.62 points followed by infrastructure, agriculture and manufacture sectors.
 
Transaction volume reached 2.9 billion shares worth Rp4.05 trillion. 194 stocks increased, 95 stocks decreased and 90 stocks unchanged.
 
The top gainers were, PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) rose Rp1,750 to Rp28,500, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) rose Rp1,650 to Rp37,000, and PT Merck Tbk (MERK) rose Rp1,000 to Rp130,000.
 
While the top losers were PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) fell Rp225 to Rp96,400, PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk (PANS) fell Rp120 to Rp3,255 and PT Tower Bersama Nusantara Tbk (TBIG) fell Rp50 to Rp5,950.
